Posh Events and Favors is more than an online retailer. Posh is Angela Beis-Thomaidis, an event planner in New York 
City. From working on all types of events - everything from bat mitzvahs to destination weddings - Angie has compiled a collection of favors and gifts that reflect her clients' requests and sensibilities - unique items with a European flair at down-to-earth prices.
This collection includes items that Angie has purchased for her clients and acquired in her overseas travels. Many of the gift items are one-of-a-kind and simply cannot be found in the US at these prices. There are handmade Murano glass 
favors, Italian ceramics and porcelain, and adorable baby gifts with equally cute packaging. This online collection from Posh also includes one of the largest selections of religious favors, crosses and icons on the web.
From her experience working closely with her clients, Angie knows that purchasing items like these on the web can be a challenge. Items are sometimes out of stock, shipments can get lost, misspellings can occur...stuff happens. The best advice?
- Order early. Two to three months in advance, if possible, and more if you're ordering something custom made such as a christening gown.
- Have a backup plan. Pick a second or third possible favor in case your first choice is suddenly discontinued or can't be provided in the quantity you're looking for.
- Proofread any personalization information carefully. Then proof it again; then ask someone else to proofread it also. Personalized items cannot be returned, so exercise caution.
